Built on a light yet durable single-axle unbraked trailer, the Apollo is effortless to manoeuvre by hand and barely noticeable when towing. Despite its portability, it offers the robust performance and professional output you’d expect from a full-sized wood-fired oven.

Our brilliant new Apollo Pizza Trailer offers pizza on the go for commercial pizza chefs or outdoor enthusiasts.
Featuring our Apollo Wood-fired oven, the cooking area is 70x70cm and can cook up to three 10″ pizzas at one time. The trailer is finished in black.
There’s a gross weight capacity of 300kg (axle rated 400kg). This means taking the weight of the oven into consideration, there is a storage capacity of over 150kg that can be used for logs or other necessary pizza paraphernalia.
The trailer comes with a jockey wheel and a road-legal certificate of conformity.
The oven takes around 40 minutes to get to 450°C and holds heat for approximately 2-3 hours.
