The new Inferno Maxi oven has been designed for the backyard wood-fired oven or pizza enthusiast and will happily cook bread, meat, vegetables, fish, desserts as well as pizza.
The internal cooking area incorporates a 25mm refractory tile base t to our own design and will offer a great cooking experience for all wood-fired oven dishes. The oven offers superb heat retention, a double-skinned door with an adjustable vent, under-tile insulation, and a flue with a controllable damper. A temperature gauge is included as well as a pizza peel and log guard.
The stand has two stainless steel shelves and adjustable castors.
The oven is available in Moss Green/Stainless Steel, Anthracite/Stainless Steel, and Black/Stainless Steel, the oven cover is colour coordinated to match the stand.
The oven and stand are supplied fully assembled, and delivery is by a pallet courier.
