Inferno Reverse Offset Smoker Grill 90

Inferno are pleased to announce the reintroduction of our offset smokers. After extensive fine tuning, we have incorporated a unique double-skinned body, constructed from two 4mm steel walls with welded stiffeners to minimise warpage, and infilled with 50mm of 128kg density insulation along the base and sides. The result is improved, consistent, and sustained heat retention.

The firebox is built from 5mm steel with a 25mm firebrick lining on the base and sides. Its door is fitted with a laser-cut geared vent which not only adds to the look but also provides optimal, controllable airflow. Baffle plates are supplied for simple balancing and fine adjustment, with one plate featuring an integrated water trough.

Shelves and a trolley with heavy-duty castors come as standard, along with a robust chimney that can be mounted on either end for both standard and reverse-flow operation. Two additional Tuscan grills are included, allowing the unit to convert easily into a two-tier cooking platform.

Cooking space is 900mm x 450mm, plus an additional 800mm x 375mm on the second tier.
